Security

Is it safe to pay by card?

The Network makes every effort to ensure that payments are made with maximum security.

To protect your data, we use the encrypted protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All sensitive data, such as payment data, is encrypted and transmitted over a secure channel using SSL encryption. This prevents information from being intercepted by third parties, ensuring the confidentiality of data during the transaction.

Transactions require the use of the security code number (CVV), which you will find on the back of your credit or debit card. This information is only available by accessing the physical card, and will not be stored on our website. If any unauthorized charges appear on your card, you must notify the card issuer following their communication rules and procedures.

Please note that we never ask customers to confirm their account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email supposedly sent by @thenetwork requesting this information, DO NOT REPLY. Instead, send us a message to hola@thenetwork.es informing us of the situation, so that we can take appropriate action.

Although we use encryption security software for the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet, we cannot guarantee the vulnerability of the computer from which you make the purchase. For this reason, The Network cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of electronic means of communication, including - but not limited to - damages arising from a failure or delay in the sending of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or through computer programs used for electronic communications or the transmission of viruses.
